1.Acceptance of Terms

2.Services

Our services include providing limousine transportation for various purposes such as

airport transfers, corporate events, weddings, and leisure outings.

3.Booking and Payment

Booking:

To reserve a limousine, you must provide accurate and complete information

including pickup location, drop-off location, date, time, and any special requests.

Payment:

Payment must be made in full at the time of booking or as otherwise agreed upon.

We accept various forms of payment including credit cards, cash, and electronic transfers.

4.Cancellation and No show

Cancellation: Cancellations must be made within a 24 hours before pickup time.

Failure to cancel within the specified time result in a cancellation fee of 40% of the price.

No show policy: Failure to appear for scheduled appointment results in a fee of 100% of the price.

5.Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information at the time of booking.

You agree to treat our chauffeurs and vehicles with respect and refrain

from any behavior that may endanger the safety of others or cause damage to the vehicle.

6.Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries incurred during the use of our services,

except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

7.Intellectual Property

All content included on our website and in our services, including text,

graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Royal Ride GmbH,

or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws.

8.Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy governs the collection, use,

and disclosure of personal information provided by users of our services.

By using our services, you consent to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

9.Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.

Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
